HELD was founded by Joanell Coley, whose 18 years of planning and coordinating high-visibility meetings and events for respected organizations like CNN, Coca-Cola, and Intuit shaped its foundation. Her work supported executives and global teams, requiring absolute precision and executive-level planning expertise. Over those two decades, Joanell learned that the most meaningful gatherings aren't always the biggest ones. Small meetings and intimate events create space for connection and clarity, and they deserve thoughtful planning just as much as large-scale productions.
